Our Passion

Sebastiano (Seb) Petruzzella, was born in Bari and raised in Molfetta Italy, a beautiful fishing town, located in the Apulia region on the Adriatic sea.  When he was a young boy, he used to help his Mom and Nonna in the kitchen, learning about his family's food traditions and ultimately how to become a great chef.  After working most of his adult life in the Maritime industry, he finally took a leap of faith, and pursued his passion and love for cooking.  This is how Passione Pugliese was formed, passion of Apulia!
